WHAT IT IS

Mastermind  is  a  complex  system  designed  for  monitoring  and  analysis  of  users’  behavior  in  social  networks  and  mobile  platforms.

The  challenge:  while  working  within  social  media  environment,  we  need  lots  of  crucial  data  on  user  activities  in  branded  groups  as  well  as  a  comparisons  with  competitor  activities  in  various  networks.  Currently,  we  need  to  use  different  analytical  systems  and  compare  their  results  to  get  a  perfect  picture.  Not  anymore.

The  solution:  Mastermind  combines  all  the  data  you  need  in  one  place,  generates  automated  reports  and  allows  for  virtually  any  number  of  unique  client-­‐speciAic  metrics  to  be  embedded  into  it.

Mastermind  is  a  stand-­‐alone  service  developed  by  Social  Insight  digial  agency,  Facebook  Preferred  Marketing  Developer  (PMD).  Coincidentally,  Social  Insight  operates  as  an  exclusive  seller  for  any  branded  activities  for  Mastermind  (www.m2-­‐analytics.com),  NARR8  (www.narr8.me)  and  Game  Insight  (www.game-­‐insight.com).

HOW IT WORKS

Mastermind  uses  only  public  and  non-­‐private  data  which  is  gathered  automatically  from  

social  networks’  API.

Collected  data  is  being  processed  by  Mastermind  tech  and  combined  into  statistically  measured  archives.

The  data  is  then  converted  into  interactive  graphs  and/or  automatically  generated  

presentations  and  being  delivered  to  user.

HOW IT WORKS

1.  Activity  statistics:a. Automatically  generated  graphs  that  can  be  converted  into  .ppt  or  .pdf  presentations.

b. If  required,  Mastermind  can  generate  data  in  Excel  sheets,  Word  documents  or  any  other  format.

c. Alert  tickers  with  key  stats  delivered  into  newsfeed  online.

2.  Suspicious  users  alerts  (after  launch)Judgung  by  a  number  of  parameters,  Mastermind  will  be  able  to  suggest  (but  not  guarantee)  bot  activity  among  users.

HOW IT WORKSBASIC PRINCIPLES

• Mastermind  already  fully  operational  and  works  with  Facebook,  Vkontakte  &  Twitter.

• Shortly  after  launch,  Odnoklassniki  access  will  be  added  (Mastermind  will  be  fully  integrated  into  OK  API).

• Further  down  the  line,  AppStore  and  Google  Play  data  will  be  analysed  and  measured.

• By  client’s  demand,  we  can  quickly  add  Google  Plus,  YouTube,  Orkut  or  even  MoiMir  into  measured  networks’  list.

REPORTSREPORTS CPMPOSING

You  can  choose  to  compose  reports  either  manually  at  any  given  time  or  automatically  at  chosen  intervals  -­‐  daily,  weekly  or  monthly.  Reports  can  be  viewed  online,  downloaded  to  hard  drive  or  sent  to  e-­‐mail.

Furthermore,  even  already  downloaded  reports  are  still  kept  in  the  system  (unless  you  want  to  delete  them  manually,  of  course)  for  future  references.

Mastermind  team  can  also  provide  clients  with  tailor-­‐made  services  such  as  custom  yearly  competitors’  reports  or,  say,  quarterly  analysis  of  a  chosen  groups  cluster.

NEWSFEED

Every  user’s  account  also  has  a  customizable  newsfeed  with  ticker  alerts  for  the  following  instances:

• One  of  the  groups  has  reached  a  determined  number  of  users• Daily  user  activity  in  the  group(s)  has  reached  a  determined  parameter• Any  given  post  in  a  group  has  reached  a  determined  number  of  “likes”• et  cetera.

These  alerts  can  also  be  sent  to  e-­‐mail  and  will  be  bound  to  push-­‐notiAications  in  the  forthcoming  companion  mobile  app.

AUDIENCE ANALYSIS

Mastermind  dashboard  contains  interactive  tables  with  the  number  of  users  (increase/decline),  posts,  likes,  shares/retweets  as  well  as  user  activity  breakdown  by  hours  including  the  type  of  used  content  (plain  text,  photo,  video,  poll).

There  is  also  Rate  of  Activity  and  Rate  of  Communication  diagrams  which  can  be  instantly  used  for  tracking  key  performance  indicators  in  groups.

Basic  access  1  month,  complete  feature  set,  up  to  5  groups  in  any  number  of  measured  networks  (or  up  to  1.000.000  total  users  measured).  That  will  send  you  back  for  20.000  RUB  plus  taxes.
