HistoRYOver 40 years ago, a noted architect and a local visionary in the development of Yucatan Peninsula, Felix Mier y Teran Lejeune, recognised that the most desirable land surrounding the city of Merida, was to be located to the northeast of the city.

With this conviction, he acquired a sizeable piece of land. Part of it, was where he designed and built La Ceiba Golf Club, the !rst Golf Course community in the Yucatan. Today, his original vision is re-con!rmed, as the land around La Ceiba, has become home to some of the highest quality development in the Yucatan.

Now, there is the opportunity to acquire a large corner lot, part of the original sizeable land. It has been recently become available and it measures 23,891 square meters. It is located on the gateway to the Mayan archaeological site of Dzibichaltun.
