Les poudreuses fonctionnent avec des multiplicateursaux engrenages coniques hélicoïdaux à bain d’huile

avec attaque cardan standard Z6 1-3/8, 540 t./min. Les corpsdes multiplicateurs et les carters des ventilateurs sont réali-sés en solides fusions d’aluminium; les châssis en acier verniont des attaques 3 points. Les réservoirs en polyéthylène ont uncouvercle fileté à fermeture rapide. A l’intérieur du réservoir unagitateur mécanique permet, avec l’aspiration spéciale de la tur-bine, une sortie continue et constante du produit selon la régula-tion décidée. Les turbines radiales réalisées en acier ont unéquilibrage dynamique et différentes tailles selon les modèles.Elles s’adaptent aux exigences de différents types du travail. Nospoudreuses ont une régulation précise et pratique du produit, de 0 à7 Kg./min., avec la caractéristique d’une sortie régulière et uniformequel que soit le type de soufre et de produits secs pré-mélangés uti-lisés. Les diffuseurs sont accrochés à la chaine avec un systèmeantichoc. Il existe une possibilité de commande à distance et de fer-meture indépendante côté droit ou gauche sur tous les modèles. Ilssont produits en différents modèles pour favoriser le travail dans lesdifférents types de cultures.

I corpi deimoltiplicatori e i carter dei ventilatori sono realizzati insolide fusioni di alluminio mentre i telai in acciaio verniciatohanno gli attacchi al sollevatore 3 punti standard. I serbatoisono in polietilene con coperchio a vite a chiusura rapida.All’interno del serbatoio lavora un agitatore meccanicoche con la particolare aspirazione del ventilatore permette l’u-scita continua e costante del prodotto in base alla regolazio-ne impostata. I ventilatori in acciaio sono bilanciati dina-micamente e, diversamente dimensionati in base ai modelli,favoriscono le diverse esigenze di lavoro. Le nostre macchinesono dotate di una precisa e comoda regolazione del prodotto, da0 a 7 Kg./min., con la caratteristica di un’uscita sempre uniformeusando qualsiasi tipo di zolfo o prodotto in polvere pre-miscelato.I diffusori sono agganciati con il sistema antiurto a catenella;possibilità di un comando regolazione polveri a distanza e dichiusura indipendente lato destro-sinistro su tutti i nostri impol-veratori. Sono prodotti in diversi modelli per favorire il trattamen-to a qualsiasi tipo di coltura.

The dusters MB work by an overdrive with conicalhelical gears in oil with standard shaft connection Z6

1-3/8”, 540 rpm. The gearboxes and the fan spiral holders arein strong corrosion-proof aluminium casting while the paintedsteel chassis have three-point standard for the connection to thehydraulic lifting. The polyethylene tank have a thread cover quickclosing. In the tank works a mechanical mixer that with the spe-cial suction of the fan below placed, permits a regular continuouspowder output according to the selected adjustment. The steelradial fans have a dynamic balance; their different dimensionshelp the different ways of treatment. Our dusters have a handy con-trol for an exact and wide adjustment of the product from 0 to 7 Kg.- min, characterized with a very good and uniform overflow with alltypes of sulphurs or other pre-mixed powder products. The diffusersare coupled with the small chain shockproof system. There is thepossibility of a remote control and of an independent closure right-left side on all our dusters. We manufacture the dusters in differentmodels to facilitate the treatment for all kind of cultivations.

Los espolvoreadores MB funcionan con una caja deengranes cónicos helicoidales a baño de aceite, con

transmissiòn a cardan estándar Z6 1-3/8”. 540 RPM.La caja de engranes y el Carter de los ventiladores son fabri-cados en aleación de aluminio muy resistente. El chasis de hier-ro pintado tiene enganche en tres puntos. El tanque es de polieti-leno con tapa roscada de sierre rápido. Al interior del tanque tra-baja un agitador mecánico que con la aspiración del ventiladorpermite la salida constante del producto basándose en la regula-ción previamente establecida. Los ventiladores metálicos balan-ceados se pueden ajustar de diferentes maneras dependiendo delmodelo y el trabajo que se desea realizar. Nuestros espolvoreadoresestán dotados de una cómoda y precisa regulación del producto queva de 0 a 7 Kg/min con una salida siempre uniforme sin importar eltipo de material ya sea todo tipo de azufres o polvos pre-mezclados. Los difusores o tubos de descarga son enganchados con un sistemade cadena anti choques, existe la posibilidad de un control que regu-le la cantidad de polvo a distancia y de un cierre independiente dellado izquierdo/derecho. Fabricamos distintos modelos para favorecera las distintas necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Mit möglicherFerneinstellung der Pulvermenge und unabhängigerSchließvorrichtung an der rechten-linken Seite auf allenStäubegeräten unserer Produktion.
