MBM Styling Co. are dedicated to understanding their clients vision by meticulously sourcing, developing and planning whatever is required to realise this vision. Through the skilled use of colour, texture, textiles, furnishings, accessories and interior design principles, we provide individual, functional and creative design solutions that are defined by our client’s needs, desires, budget and schedules. discounts • Spatial planning and redefining spaces • Colour consultation and selection • Wall and floor finishes and window treatments • Floor plan creation • Custom joinery and upholstery • Artwork sourcing and selection Cost: $250 + GST for an initial 90 minute consultation at the clients’ home . $600.00 + GST to create an initial design concept and digital moodboard of suitable stock from trade suppliers Thereafter, $85 per hour + GST for any additional work. Our fees are charged by the hour to assure that only the time required by your project results in charges to you. MBM Styling Co. is happy to be as involved in your project as required. From a one-off consultation with design advice through to overall re-design of your home. We will work to your budget, schedule and requirements.

MBM Styling Co. Creative Director, Melita Bruvelis has enjoyed a long career in the design industry and has dedicated 20 years to her passion. From modest beginnings as an Assistant Visual Merchandiser for one of Perth's largest department stores to Leading Design Manager for Sydney’s premier event design agency Melita has enjoyed the full spectrum of design roles and dabbled at everything in between. During her career Melita has been awarded multiple design awards for work in the event and exhibition industry and has worked alongside the leaders of the corporate sector in the conception and implementation of their high-end events. Throughout her career Melita has been a strong believer in staying up to date with the latest trends and skills and invested in further education at the International School of Colour and Design specialising in Colour and Design and Interior Styling where she was awarded two scholarships for excellence. This study led to the next phase of her career in the Property and Interior Styling sector where she strives to make a difference in this industry. Melita’s passion for design and interiors drives her to remain up to date on the latest trends from around the globe. Design Process and What to Expect

Prior to Consultation Prior to our initial meeting and walk through of your property it is important that I have a basic knowledge of what you would like to achieve in regards to the design of your space. On the following pages you will find a Design Brief Questionnaire which will provide me with the relevant information to start understanding your vision and timeframe and will arm me with the required knowledge for our consultation. Please take your time to complete all questions and start collecting inspiration and reference images which will help illustrate the look, feel and mood you would like to create. If you are stuck for inspiration or don’t know where to start you can visit the MBM Styling Co. Pinterest page for an overview of many design looks which will surely inspire. www.pinterest.com/mbmstylingco Once the questionnaire is complete please return via fax or scan/email prior to our meeting. During Consultation At our first meeting we will walk through the space that is to be re-designed and discuss all points answered in the questionnaire, please feel free to write notes and obviously ask as many questions as possible. I will provide advice and feedback on what would be the best design layout and look for the space and recommend colours and furniture pieces if required, that would work well. The above service is charged at $250.00 + GST and generally takes about an hour. If you are happy to continue with the service I will then measure and photograph all areas to be designed so I have an accurate foundation to work from. I will also compile a room by room list of necessary requirements including furniture, finishes, construction, colours and additional needs and a list of existing materials that will not change. I will then move on from our meeting to provide a moodboard of your design with suggested furniture and fittings selections available from trade and retail suppliers. This is charged at a flat fee of $600.00 + GST for up to 3 rooms and $1000.00 for up to 6 rooms. Once we have confirmed your design a full Furniture and Fittings Schedule and Specification Sheet will be provided – all additional work completed will be charged at $85.00 + GST with timesheet provided for work completed. I will provide an estimation of time to complete the schedule based on the scope of the work.
