• Minimum of 5 students enrolled in 2011 MNC program cohort for MSN-Education.

• Separate proposal required for each model

• Proposal must specifically identify model

• Sections must be numbered to match and address elements of Proposal Narrative Section (Appendix B).

• Narrative no more than 5 pages

2011 Michigan Nursing Corps Funding and Payments

• Initial advance payment award of 25% of the Total Authorized Budget Payment to grantees upon execution of the grant.

• Any subsequent payments will be made upon timely submission of quarterly reports.

• Additional 25% may be made each quarter thereafter upon submission of documentation showing the initial advance has been spent in total.

• Final 25% of the grant amount shall be made after completion of the project and after the Grant Administrator has received and approved the final program summary report.
