Moving Forward Lincolnshire is an information providing service funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and provided by Sills & Betteridge LLP.

Moving Forward Lincolnshire provides general information and not specific legal advice. Information may be provided to others who have or who have had a connection to you. Sills & Betteridge LLP may have acted or may in the future act for you or others against you in proceedings relating to you or your children.

You should, where appropriate, take legal advice specific to your circumstances. Sills & Betteridge LLP would, where we are able to do so, be pleased to act for you on a private paying or legally aided basis.

An independent evaluator may contact you to ask if you would be willing to participate in an evaluation. You consent to your name, email address and telephone number being passed to the independent evaluator. We do not pass on any other personal information to the independent evaluator. If you are contacted, we hope that you will participate. However, participation is voluntary and you may decline to participate. Statistical information but no personal information will be provided to the Department for Work and Pensions.

Moving Forward Lincolnshire will operate until 30 April 2015 by which time all elements of the service must be concluded. If you take part in one-to-one consultations, the two consultations must take place within 3 months of each other.

All decisions of Sills & Betteridge LLP in relation to any matter connected with Moving Forward Lincolnshire will be final and binding.
