MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)BETWEEN

MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF SUKABUMI

AND

HIKARI INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and betweenMuhammadiyah University of Sukabumi, hereinafter, UMMI and Hikari International IndonesiaWe shall agree to encourage and promote working opprtunities for alumny and HikariInternational Indonesia Internship program in Japan.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to establish a collaborative program between UMMI andHikari International Indonesia for recruiting UMMl's excellent students who want to workand intrenship at Hikari International Indonesia affihated Japanese language schools,specialty colleges and universities, and to join Internship program in Japan.

2. Areas of cooperationUMMI and Hikari International Indonesia shall agree to provide opportunity, as appropriate,for the following collaborative activities towards the completion of the purpose of this MOU;(1) Holding seminar and explanatory meeting on campus for overseas study and Internship

program in Japan.

(2) Organizing lectures, symposia, conferences and workshops on campus for overseasstudy and Internship program in Japan.

(3) Providing the information about faculty, curriculum and facihties of HikariInternational Indonesia's affiliated Japanese language schools, specialty colleges anduniversities in Japan.

(4) Providing the information about UMMPs student's personal and academic achievementdata for screening for appropriate students by Hikari International Indonesia.

(5) Performing support the Japanese education so that UMMF s students can reachJapanese N4 level or above which meets the requirement of Japanese proficient level foroverseas work in Japan.

(6) Supporting the preparation for application documents for entering a language school, aspecialty college and companies in Japan.

(7) Providing the information about companies, working and study areas at Internshipprogram.

3. Implementation(1) All activities implemented under the terms of this MOU shall be mutually agreed upon

writing, including contents and schedule for the programs of activity as the need mayarise. UMMI and Hikari International Indonesia shall designate one officer each whowill coordinate all activities for recruiting UMMPs excellent students.

(2) All Internship program and overseas study program implemented under the terms ofthis MOU offered from Hikari International Indonesia through Hikari InternationalIndonesia Indonesia and local support will be done by Hikari International IndonesiaIndonesia

4. ConfidentialityUMMI and Hikari International Indonesia shall agree not to disclose or leak any and allinformation which is learned from this MOU and related activities to the third party.

5. Duration

This MOU shall be effective for a period of five (5) year commencuig on _13 July 2018_ andending on 13 July 2023 However, unless either party gives written notice to the other party atleast three (3) months prior to the expiration of the term, this MOU shall be renewed for anadditional period of one (5) year, and the same shall apply thereafter.

6. Termination

This MOU shall be terminated by each party upon thirty (30) days advance written notice atany time before the date of expiration.

7. Others

When serious matters occur and when the parties have any matters not set at this MOU, theparties shall deal with the matter in good faith.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this MOU to be executed, signed, andsealed in duphcate, one (I) copy of which shall be retained by each party, respectively.
