DESCRIPTION

This is a Messianic Passover Haggadah (story telling book) I created to help teach my sons about Passover, Hebrew history, the Old Testament, and most importantly the significance of the blood sacrifices of the Old Testament and the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The booklet is 25 half-pages long and includes a checklist for things to use to celebrate the passover dinner (Seder). The booklet begins with a description of what Passover is and why we are celebrating it, a description of the different elements on the passover table / plate and their significance, and then a detailed guide to lead you through the Seder meal and the different rituals as well as their significance, particularly in relation to Jesus Christ. The story-telling part is the most inclusive, with a detailed re-telling of how the Hebrews became slaves in Egypt, the story of God's deliverance, and the significance of the blood sacrifice with Jesus as our "Passover lamb". Filled with dozens of scripture references, multiple pictures / graphics on each page, a clear / pleasant formatting, this is sure to be a guide to lead you through an enjoyable passover celebration with your family. The booklet is meant to be printed double sided, folded in half, and turned into a booklet. To do this, first print the odd-numbered pages (1,3,5,7,9,11,13), then print the even-numbered pages on the BACKS of each odd numbered page (for example, print page 2 on the back of page 1, page 4 on the back of page 5, etc.) Then, fold all of the pages together in half to form a booklet. Staple if desired. 14 full pages total, do not print page 15 (page 15 is the instructions for printing). Please note this document is FREE, for personal use only. Not to be sold or copied and published on your own site. Copyright domanmom.com. Image sources Microsoft clip art. See my blog for more about teaching your child history and other topics!

Instructions for printing Haggadah booklet:

(Do Not Print This Page [page 15])

This document is a printable booklet. You will be able to print all pages, front and back, and then fold together to create a book.

1. First, print all odd-numbered pages (1,3,5,7,9,11,13).

2. After they are printed, feed those printed pages back into the printer so that the even-numbered pages can be printed on the back of each odd-numbered page. For example, page 2 will go on the back of page 1, page 4 will go on the back of page 3, etc.

3. When all pages are printed front and back, put all the papers in a stack (with the cover page – page 1 – face down at the bottom) then fold all the pages together in half, down the middle. You should now have a booklet.

4. Staple together at the “seam” (fold), if desired.
