A vibrant partner community is vital to the future success of Meteor’s customer and developer ecosystem. The Meteor Partner Program is designed to help partner companies grow and differentiate themselves in a global marketplace as they contribute valuable services and technologies alongside Meteor. Meteor’s partnership philosophy is driven by transparent meritocracy: this means a highly accessible program for partners of all sizes that also rewards the ability of top partners to deliver high levels of customer success through Meteor technologies. Upon acceptance into the Meteor Partner Program, partner companies can take advantage of a broad range of benefits that can accelerate their commercial and technical success. ABOUT THIS GUIDE This guide provides details about the Meteor Partner Program, including the benefits and requirements of joining and maintaining membership in each specific program type. Not all program types have the same benefits and requirements. In this guide, you will find:

Meteor reserves the right to update or modify this guide at any time. The contents of this guide are made available online at http://www.meteor.com/partners/program. Joining the Meteor Partner Program

To join the Meteor Partner Program, prospective partners complete the online application form, found at http://www.meteor.com/partners/program. After submitting an application, Meteor’s partnership team will review and notify you if you are approved. While entry-level tiers of the program are free, approved partners can pursue a higher level tier in any of our programs to obtain a richer set of benefits. These higher tiers have requirements that establish a higher level of commitment between the two companies that sometimes require an incremental program fees, training, support, and or additional agreement terms that deepen the partnership. Meteor Partner Program Agreement An authorized representative from the partner company must complete the Meteor Partner Program Agreement (MPAA) as an initial step to join the Meteor Partner Program. The Partner Agreement along with the Partner Program Guide define the relationship between Meteor and the member. Copies of the Meteor Partner Program Agreement will be sent to you upon

acceptance into the program, which can also be found on our website at http://www.meteor.com/policy. METEOR PARTNER PROGRAM TYPES The Meteor Partner Program currently includes two specific program types. Meteor partner companies can apply to and be a member of one or more program types at varying tiers. There will be more partner program options to be announced in the future.

PROGRAM TYPE COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Consulting Partner Partner companies that deliver professional services to help customers design, build, deploy, and manage Meteor apps. These organizations typically have teams of consultants that possess application development skills, production deployment methodologies, integration expertise, and other value-added services to deliver Meteor-related projects.

Training Partner Partner companies that deliver training and education services and content to Meteor customers, partners, and developers. These services may include in-person classes, online courses, paid tutorials, other educational content, and certifications.

Prime Partner Add-on program for existing partners that delivers additional benefits including marketing visibility, developer support, Galaxy access, and other resources. Fee required for participation.

METEOR CONSULTING PARTNER PROGRAM The Meteor Consulting Partner Program is designed to help our partners deliver more successful customer deployments, differentiate themselves in the market, and build a profitable business using Meteor technologies. To become Official tier partner, consulting partners have committed a significant amount of time, resources, and demonstrated expertise utilizing Meteor in delivering client solutions. These partners provide project management, process consulting, systems integration, application development, production deployment expertise, web design, and other value-added services built around the Meteor platform.

METEOR CONSULTING PARTNER BENEFITS DESCRIPTIONS

Meteor partner directory All Approved partners will be eligible for listing on Meteor websites. This includes profile information and other details related to the qualifications and customer success history of the partner company.

Meteor partner logo usage All Approved partners will have access to official Meteor partner logos and graphics for use in their own websites, collateral, and sales tools.

Joint business planning Partners have the ability to collaborate with Meteor on key business goals relevant to the success of their partnership including sales, marketing, technical enablement, and customer success.

Monthly partner-only office hours with Meteor team

All Approved partners have the opportunity to attend monthly office hours hosted by the Meteor team to get answers to questions related to programs, sales, marketing, support, customer projects, product releases. Office hours will also feature talks from Meteor experts related to best practices covering sales, marketing, and technologies.

Meteor Partner Success manager assigned

An assigned point of contact for eligible partners who helps the partner with joint business planning and aligning resources from Meteor to assist the partner.

Joint sales engagement Eligible partners can request sales assistance from Meteor for significant customer opportunities. This may include deal strategy, sales content, objection handling, technical consultation, executive involvement, and custom demos.

Key customer account mapping Eligible partners will have the ability to share and compare lists of customer and prospect accounts with Meteor sales teams to coordinate account-specific activities to generate and close new business.

Access to approved Meteor sales & marketing tools

All Approved partners will have access to the latest library of Meteor sales and marketing tools and content. This includes presentations, whitepapers, datasheets, customer references, case studies, demos, and FAQs.

Partner Advisory Board eligibility Eligible partners will be invited to join an exclusive circle of partner companies that will work closely with Meteor executive leadership and top customers on go-to-market and product initiatives.

Joint Marketing All Approved partners will be able to request marketing support for partner-generated content, events, or customer success stories through channels including Meteor’s website, blog, forums, and social media networks. Fulfillment of these requests by Meteor will be based on commercially reasonable efforts.

Access to Meteor Co-marketing fund for partner-led lead generation events

Eligible partners will be able to propose partner-led sales and marketing campaigns that receive co-funding by Meteor.

Joint Press & Analyst Relations Eligible partners may be invited to participate in joint PR and analyst relations activities to that enhance the visibility of a partner company.

3rd-party conference speaking opportunities

Eligible partners may be invited or nominated to represent Meteor at 3rd partner events and conferences.

Complimentary Access to Meteor Events

Eligible partners may receive free access to certain Meteor events and conferences.

Access to Discounted and Not-for-Resale subscriptions

Eligible partners may receive free or discounted access to Meteor services and technologies for their internal use only.

Project registration coverage All Approved partners will have the ability to notify Meteor of new client projects and receive tools and resources to deliver a successful Meteor deployment. Over time, Meteor will create a best practices knowledgebase based on outcomes derived from consolidated project information.

Technical onboarding tools & deployment resources

All Approved partners will have access to recommended learning resources and deployment best practices to accelerate the onboarding of new consulting staff.

Partner Escalated Support Subscription

All Approved partners may purchase partner-specific versions of a Meteor Developer Subscription for escalated support. This program will enhance a partner’s ability to deliver high-quality services to customers that have complex requirements.

Lead Referral Program All Approved partners will be able to submit sales leads to Meteor and receive referral payments for leads that directly result in closed opportunities. More details coming in 2016.

Marketing Launch briefings Eligible partners may receive exclusive briefings of product and other news in advance of a public announcement to better support Meteor marketing.

Early Access to New Product Releases

Eligible partners may receive early access to preview versions of Meteor technology and services.

Extended Product Roadmap Access & Briefings

Eligible partners may receive exclusive briefings from Meteor technology team on new product updates and roadmap.

METEOR CONSULTING PARTNER REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTIONS

Accepted Meteor partner agreement

A Meteor Partner Program agreement must be agreed to by a partner in order to apply to the Meteor Partner Program.

Minimum customer success story nominations

Customer success stories are the single best way for a partner to be recognized by Meteor customers. Partners can submit as many customer story nominations as desired. Meteor will select top nominations and publish

customer success stories that will be marketed via multiple channels.

Minimum new project registrations

Partners will be measured by the amount of services they deliver through new project registrations. New projects can be with new clients or new statements of work with existing clients.

Average customer project satisfaction rating

The quality of partner work will be measured by customer satisfaction ratings and project evaluations performed at the conclusion of every project by Meteor’s customer success team.

Primary Business & Technical Points of Contact

Partners are required to designate points of contact that represent their company related to business and technical matters. This helps Meteor build relationships with key principals and also establishes an escalation path for issues.

Meteor branding in services offering (e.g. website, collateral, emails)

Partners are required to market their Meteor-specific services and tools in a way that shows partner’s commitment to Meteor and easily allows prospects to find joint solutions.

Company logo & profile (location, # of Meteor developers, top clients)

Partners are required to submit basic company-level profile information. This content may be featured on the partner’s listing on Meteor’s website and/or other Meteor marketing materials.

Partner Business plan review Partners and Meteor may work together to establish a partner business plan that includes relevant objectives. This plan will help focus activities over time that can be measured and also document key milestones in the partnership.

METEOR TRAINING PARTNER PROGRAM The Meteor Training Partner Program is designed to help partner companies deliver Meteor-related education, courses, tutorials, and other training content to customers, other partners, and developers. The Meteor Training Partner Program is currently by invitation only.

METEOR PRIME PARTNER ADD-ON PROGRAM

Program Requirements

•! Meteor Official Partner in good standing •! Meteor Public Support statement: Recommend Meteor as the primary application

development platform for client projects on your public website, blog, press release, and/or other marketing collateral

•! Ongoing content contributions: Author at least 1 technical article or 1 customer success story per calendar quarter

•! Program Fee: $800 USD per month (billed quarterly) or $8,000 USD billed annually
