METSO SERVICE CENTRES

When using Metso Service Centres, you will re-ceive full advantage of our expertise.

The Service Centres and authorised subcontrac-tors have the capacity and latest technology need-ed for even large shutdown overhauls.

All repair and overhaul work is certified and leaves our workshops with certification and overhaul guarantee. We follow the quality and environmental procedures based on ISO 9001 and 14000 and our service personnel have received ATEX training.

METSO AUTOMATION, SHANGHAI SERVICE CENTRE, CHINAShanghai service centre was opened in March 2008. The service centre provides valve overhaul and repair services both on customer site and Met-so facility. Currently the service centre employs one service manager and three service engineers. All personnel have extensive experience of all Neles and Jamesbury products.

Premises and locationThe service facility in Shanghai is 250 square meters with 50 square meters of office space and 100 square meters of spare parts stock. It has the capacity to handle in excess of 150 valve and actuator overhauls and contains comprehensive testing equipment. The service centre is located on Shanghai major road network and in the centre of Shanghai for easy access to all key customers. The distance is approx. 30 km from Metso Automation sales office and 28 km from Shanghai supply centre.

Diagnostic servicesWe also possess the latest software available for real time condition monitoring and for both on and off line diagnostic services. The diagnostic services can be carried out on site or remotely from Metso facility.
