Shrink Chamber & L-Bar MachinesThe new range of Chamber Shrink Wrappers offers the very best in heat shrinking technology. All models seal and shrink in one operation using centre-fold shrink films with very low energy consumption and come with some of the most advanced features possible with electronic controls. The film is kept open around the product loading tray. The operator then easily inserts the product and moves it along with the film to the sealing position and brings down the hood to initiate the sealingprocess. This is followed by the magnetic hood maintaining the sealing position. Hot air is circulated inside the transparent chamber in the ‘hood down’ position forexcellent sealing around the edge of the package.

A self adhesive label measuring 100mm x 100mm incorporating a glass tube which activates by turningred when the article to which it has been attached is dropped from a pre-determined height.There are five colour coded sensitivities designed to activate at certain drop heights. The Shockwatch sensitivity should be based on product fragility, container cushioning type and design. Field trials are recommended to determine the correct sensitivity relative to product damage.

Each box comes complete with companion labels.

The Drop’n Tell includes two warning labels and is manufactured in six different G-ranges (5G, 10G, 15G, 25G, 50Gand 100G). The device monitoring 5 times the force of gravity isvery sensitive. The device monitoring 100 times the force ofgravity requires a greater impact to activate. Attach the Drop’n Tell toyour product by removing the liner on the back to expose the adhesive or screw/nail itusing the holes on each end.

This chart should only be used as a basic guide. Drop’n Tel activation depends uponthe type and amount of cushioning used to protect a product in transit. Drop heightwill also affect activation.

Tip’n Tell is a brightly coloured device that product handlers quickly recognise. It includes a system of labels that warns all handlers of a monitoring device. Tip’n Tell can be mounted on the inside or outside ofyour shipment. Tip’n Tell is activated by pulling the bar in the centre ofthe device. Attach it to either your product or shipping container by removing the liner onthe back to expose the adhesive. You may also attach Tip’n Tell by nailing or stapling it tothe container. If your product is tipped slightly less than 90 degrees or beyond, the cleararrow becomes permanently blue. Your customer can then immediately check for damage.

The BXT is the latest generation of battery powered strapping tools. The balanced lightweight design is exceptionally comfortable to use, yet withstands heavy usage in themost demanding applications. Incorporating many advanced features including automatic and semi automatic functions, a new direct drive motor offering an increasedtension range and a light setting for polyprop strapping, all controlled via the new digital Touch-Pad controller. The A Type anvil is ideal for stapling corrugatedcartons, vegetable tray boxes, end caps, palletboxes, container inserts, die cut inserts etc.

BTYPE

The B Type anvil is ideal for stapling blister packsand has a raised anvil to prevent crushing to theedge of the blister pack.

CL,CRTYPE

The CL, CR Type anvil is designed to staple thetops and side seams of cartons.
