Mid-Year PDR Process Flowchart - Line Manager ("Reviewer") McLaren Solutions will e-mail log on and password details directly to you Invite the employee ("Reviewee") to attend their mid-year PDR meeting In preparation for the meeting, make some notes on the employee's performance, considering their performance since their last appraisal, training initiatives and career development. If there is anyone else who should be involved in the employee’s appraisal (e.g. 2nd Line Manager), it is your responsibility to involve them in the meeting or obtain feedback from them in relation to the employee’s performance. The employee ("Reviewee") will be complete their assessment, saving it and printing out a copy PDR meeting is held, using the print out of the Assessment the employee will bring, as a guide for the discussion The employee ("Reviewee") will log back on to the PDR system and will make any changes/additions to their PDR self-assessment An automated e-mail will be sent to you, advising that the employee has finalised their self-assessment You should log on to the PDR website www.bbcappdr.co.uk Click on the Assessment button for the period 01/01/2011 - 30/06/2011 for the employee & review the employee's assessment. Make any additional comments if required Finalise and submit Click on the Review button Finalise Step 1: Assessment Summary An automated e-mail will be sent to you and the employee ("Reviewee"), advising that all the review steps have now been finalised The employee ("Reviewer") will access their Learning Plan and add any additional courses and will submit for approval Review the employee's Learning Plan and approve courses Mid-year PDR in complete

Mid-Year PDR Process Flowchart

Invite the employee ("Reviewee") to attend their mid-year PDR

meeting

In preparation for the meeting, make some notes on the

employee's performance, considering their performance since
