For various post of Paramedical & Nursing Staff (Recruitment 2015) online exam was conducted on 21st & 22nd May 2016 thereafter the select lists for various post were displayed by this hospital and candidates finding place in that list were called for document verification but some of the candidates have not turned up for document verification.

The competent authority has given the last and final chance (except Pharmacist) to appear for document verification on 28/06/2017. If the said candidates do not appear for document verification their candidature shall be cancelled out rightly and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained, whatsoever may be the situations/circumstances.

The soft copy of digitally signed letter for document verification has also been sent to the candidates finding place in select list on their registered email id given in online application form. Further it is to state that no hard copy of the letter for document verification would be sent by this office. Thus the candidates are informed to download the same from websites www.esic.nic.in,
