Downtown Minneapolis real estate expert Ben Ganje has published an interactive map of Minneapolis condos and loft buildings to help buyers become familiar with building locations, neighborhoods, and amenities.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Ben Ganje of Ben Ganje + Partners, a real estate team specializing in Downtown Minneapolis, has published an interactive map of Minneapolis condo buildings in the Downtown area that allows buyers to click on the building name to see live listings for condos currently listed for sale.

Ganje says the map makes it easy to get a unique visual overview of available Minneapolis condos and neighborhoods in or near downtown.

"We had this idea one day after we had several clients asking us for a map of downtown Minneapolis. We thought, 'Wouldn't it be cool to take this a step beyond a simple map, and let people click on the map to see condos, lofts and even single family homes?,'" Ganje said.

So Ganje said he did exactly that.

"I had my team put together an interactive map for my clients, so they could see all the neighborhoods in the downtown area, complete with building names, streets, and other landmarks," he said.

"We've covered as far north as Northeast Minneapolis, from Madison Lofts down to Flour Sack Flats. You can then pan over to North Loop and see the amazing concentration of great lofts there, such as 5th Ave Lofts and SoHo Lofts," he said.

According to Ganje, the Loring Park area is the southernmost and westernmost limit of the map currently, including 301 Kenwood and The Groveland, but he may produce expanded interactive maps in the future.

"Our clients, and frankly our Minneapolis real estate competitors, have given us rave reviews, because it is so easy to grasp the proximity of one building to another with this map," Ganje says.
