If your crowned Miss Arkansas you will have very little time between Miss Arkansas Crowning and

leaving for Miss America to be ready. We are asking you to prepare your forms as if you just won

the Miss Arkansas crown and are going to Miss America. Clean, Clear and Complete answers.

Miss Arkansas Pageant will provide you with as many fillable forms as possible located at

www.missarkansas.org/forms.

Many forms are different than you have seen in the past. Read each form carefully. BEGIN

IMMEDIATELY! Work with your Executive Director to complete your forms. If you have

document should answer a lot of questions about a specific form.

o The Form is what you complete and put in your Contestant Packet..

o You are asked to complete one packet. .

Your Contestant packet will be used by the Miss Arkansas National Forms Project Chairman to

prepare the National Forms for Miss America also.

This packet will hold items that are needed by the various Miss Arkansas Pageant departments

for pageant operations.

Read all documents first for direction

Talent requirements last year were changed and clarified. It will take you time to get and provide

the releases.

Thoughts and Tips with Miss Arkansas Week will be provided under separate cover so you can

be prepared for your big week. This document will give you an overall picture of what you will do

and need during Miss Arkansas Week so you are prepared.

We will keep you informed so regularly check the website: www.missarkansas.org; Your Miss

Arkansas Facebook Class closed group and the email address you have provided as your

primary address.

It is your responsibility to be aware and prepared. Lots of Volunteers are here to help you but at

the end it is up to you to "MONITOR AND ADJUST".

Again you are to complete and submit one packet. We have to be prepared to send Miss

America what information they need and also prepare what is needed for Miss Arkansas.

You will need to begin preparing your packet immediately.
