WHEREAS, Robert Henderson, was sentenced on May 6, 1992 in Hinds County,Mississippi under Cause No. 92-1-90 for Possession of Cocaine, in Cause No. 90-2-376on September 6, 1991 for Receiving Stolen Property, and on May 26, 1992 in HindsCounty, Mississippi, under Cause No. 91-1-143 for Receiving Stolen Property; and

WHEREAS, Robert Henderson was discharged from probation on March 4,2002; and

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Haley Barbour, Governor of the State of Mississippi,under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Laws of thisState, do hereby grant to Robert Henderson a full, complete, and unconditional pardon forthe crimes and convictions named herein; and henceforth, shall be absolved from all legalconsequences of these crimes and convictions.
