Font · Use 1” margins on all four sides (.5” header with last name & page # in upper right corner) · Use the heading Works Cited · Double space the entire page · List each entry alphabetically by the first letter of each citation (skip a, an, or the if it is the first word) · Give entries a hanging indent if they exceed one line · Keep publishing information minimal: i.e.: UP for University Press. Omit Inc., Books, Publishers, etc. · Include the medium for each item: Print, Web, DVD, CD, Performance, Radio, Television · Parenthetical citations within the paper should match the Works Cited, using author’s last name (or title of work if no author is listed), and page number, if available.
