As members of the public, we should be responsible and take care of the amenities

provided for our convenience, and not abuse them. Vandals cause much damage to the

public property. Public telephones have always been the favourite targets for vandals.

They damage the telephones in their attempt to steal the coins, or they purposely destroy

them for their own selfish and twisted pleasure. It is very frustrating when you have to
