Our theme will continue to be Lets Move.
Each week this month we will be learning a new letter! The
letters are: Vv, Ww, and Xx.
**Have your child bring in (Tues-Fri) an item from your house
that begins with the letter of the week**
LEARNING TARGETS
Literacy:
*I recognize words that begin or end with the same sounds.
*I can clap syllables.
*I can show where reading begins and ends on a page.
*I can show you how print works on a page, from top to bottom
and left to right.
*I can sequence a story, by putting pictures in the correct
order.
Writing:
*I can write my last name.
*I can use recognizable letters in my writing.
Math:
*I can combine and separate groups.
*I can sort by size.
*I can show my thinking when solving a problem (act it out, draw
a picture, use a tool)
