Classroom News Students have math homework every night Monday Thursday. Homework is graded on completion not accuracy. Please ensure that your students do their math homework every night. Center work is also graded on completion. Please remind your students of the importance of doing ALL of their work in centers. Missed work- Students are responsible for checking the “missed-work” folders in the classroom the day after they miss. They have one day for everyday they missed that was excused per district policy. HealthIn health, the district adopted a new Life Skills Training curriculum for all 6th graders in the district. We will be covering topics such as, making decisions., self-image, the myths of smoking, the effects of drugs and alcohol, peer pressure, etc. This curriculum is designed to inform and equipped our 6th

graders to make better decisions after entering middle and high school.
