Ok i'm in my thirties and live with my parents. Basically what has happened is tthat i had to short sale on my condo that i used as rental cause i couldnt find renters for months. I also filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, lost my job over a year ago and since then can not find a decent paying job like I once had.
