This are speciations that our magazine needs to have in order for it to pass.

Idea 1 : Distortion

• Focused genre

• Reviews and previews of gigs

• Interview on the double spread

• Band being interview is “The Blackout”

My first magazine would be a magazine that focuses on Metal music and bands. The

magazine would be a weakly magazine and would follow a similar style of Kerrang. The

magazine would include a article about a new band and their tour of the england.

Idea 2 : Vibrations

• Mainly reviews

• Double page spilt into two

• Q & A interview

• Most pictures of guitar being reviewed

This magazine is designed around Guitars and music. It would have interviews and reviews of artist instruments and talk about what they like

and dislike about the guitars they play. The main article would be a review of a new

signature model of a guitarist and a interview.

Idea 3 : PitThis magazine focuses on music gigs rather then just the music. Gigs would be reviewed

and rated on how good or bad they were. The double page would be a in-depth review on a

gig and have the bands tour dates on one side. It would included live pictures from the gigs and have small interviews of people who went to the

gig and give their own rating of the gig.
