my gerbils are cute and hairy black has escaped many times! Sami Konsta have got a dog and cat . first I tell my dog who name is Ludvig. He looks a little ice bear because he is white. He love a food but he is choosy and then he is so hungry. Next I tell my cat who name in Santi he is black and white and little brown He eat all what he can eat dog food flowers everything. He is so hairy and funny. Konsta We have a dog and a cat. Dog name is Pyry, he is six years old. Cat name is Tom he is one year old. Pyry is blak and white and Tom is yel-low and orange stripe. Our Pets

We have a lot of pets. Most of them are probably dogs. Some people have also hamsters. I used to have guinea pig, but now she's dead. She was also pretty fat, and her name was Minni. These days we, at our family have a dog. He's still a pup, and he's a pretty energetic individual. He's name is Hoppe. Oh, and some people also have cats. Jere and Jupe Field cricket

Field crickets live about 3 months and grow about 2-3 cm. Taking care of them doesn´t reguide much time or effort. If you wake easily, don´t take field crickets because they are very noisy especially at nights. Henni and Aino

PETS Favourite pets in Finland are dogs, cats and rodents. Our class fa-vourite pet is a dog. Many people have such. There are big, small and many different dagrace dogs. Cats are also some same, but they aren't so social like dogs. Those do not need either so much exercise. Rodents are internal organs. For example such are guinea pigs, ger-bils, hamsters, rats and rabbits. Rodents doesn't need exercise, but those be enought own gage. PETS

Pupils in our class, many have a pet. This article tells something about our pets.

Heli: I have two guineapigs and a tortoise. My guinneapigs' names are Fani and

Daim. My tortoise`s name is Taffel. Guineapigs are very funny animals. Fani had

two cubs, Dumle and Dacapo. Taffel is only one year old. I love my pets very

much.

Laura: I have two guineapigs. My guineapigs' names are Twix and Dumle. Twix

likes everything and Dumle likes cucumber. Twix is two and half years old and

Dumle is one and half years old. I love my guinneapigs a lot.

My name is Heli. I'm 12 years old. I have a sister, a mother, a father, two guinea

pigs and a tortoise. My favourite subject is science. I like animals. My hobbies

are 4H-club and riding. Our school is about 400 m away from home. I'm the

Favourite subjects

Our favourite subjects are English and PE. We have PE lessons on mondays and thursdays. We have English on mondays and wednesdays. In PE lessons we ski, skate and play icehockey in winter time and we play football, finnish baseball and athletics in autumn and spring. When it is raining we are at gymhall playing floorball and basketball. Favourite subjects Most of us like "PE". Some of people likes basketball and floorball, too. Physics and chemistry are the best of substanses. Art is nice, too. Finnish is mostly boring. Everyone studies English, but some of our class also study Germany, and other languages can choose. Our music teacher is called Laura, and she is a woman. Usually pupils in Finland like P.E., crafts, music, art and history. Usually they don't like Maths, Finnish and religion. In the between are English, geography, physics and chemistry. I like Maths, P.E., history and crafts. Maths because it's challenging, P.E. because it's fun, crafts because I get to express myself and history because I like to know what happened in the past. What I like a little less is physics and chemistry, Finnish, religion, English and geography. Jere K.

HOST FAMILY EXPERIENCES

Host families pick up the Comenius guests on Wednesday evening from Gustavelund. Later in the evening we were back to our houses. Sofia's guests were Ola and Karolina from Poland and Essi's guest was Marte from Norway. Next day we went to school and we were all together. When the school ended guests went to sightseeing tour in Tuusula. Later in the evening we went to Heini's and Jutta's home, and they had guests from Czech Republic. There we sang Singstar. Rest of the eve-ning was families own programme. Next morning we went to school again. In the afternoon guests visited in Porvoo and Brunberg's choco-late factory. In the evening all went to shopping center called jumbo. Af-ter that we were with Heini and Jutta again. First we were outside and then we went inside to sing Singstar and baking bun. On Saturday some of the families went swimming in Flamingo. And also rest of the day was families' own programme. Guests left on Sunday morning back to home. It was nice to have them here.

Easter traditions in Finland.

EASTER FOODS Traditional easter foods are pasha and mämmi. Mämmi is made of mal-las. You usually eat mämmi with cream and milk.

CHOCOLATE EGGS Sometimes your parents could hide some chocolate eggs and you have to find them. At Easter you can grow up ryegrass, it`s grass wich grows really quickly. Usually ryegrass is decorated with chicks and chocolate eggs.
