Students needs really motive me, so I employ a number of techniques that

personalize learning to meet thoseunique needs. Some key elements like

emphazis and cooperation play an important role in this step.

Personal experiences make learning more enriching. Why not giving students

the chance to tell the teacher and the whole class about them? Here I focus

their attention on learning activities that consider prior experience and encourage

them to make learning relevant to currentexperiences.

Assessing

Student Needs

“Being different isn’t a bad thing. It means you’re brave enough to be yourself.”

– Luna Lovegood. What every student needs and wants is what should really make every teacher move. Individual assessment and instruction help me find out students’ priorities.

They May Forget What You Said, But They Will Never Forget How You Made Them Feel.

- Frank A. Patterson Jr. I have always looked for a friendly and favorable climate in the classroom really matters. A place where dialogue and interaction with other students are encouraged. Taking risks is also encouraged, and errors are seen as part of the learning process.

Participation in the Learning Process

"Every child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only capable of learning but also capable of succeeding.” - Robert John Meehan

I would like to have the ability to identify every problem and difficulty students have, but I am not a genius. I just try to identify the problems students wish to solve. On the other hand I allow them to participate in making decisions about the topics that will be covered in class.

We must see ourselves as facilitators of learning who possess knowledge, not as the keepers of knowledge .

Thus, I try to provide students with opportunities to be in

charge of their learning, discover new ideas, gain insight, and make connections.

Flexibility is maintained by adjusting the classroom

environment and curricular content to meet the changing needs of the students.
