NUTRITION Growing and being healthy requires a proper

diet. Kids should know that a balanced nutrition can lead to strong bones, strength, endurance and beautiful skin.

Nutrition is essential for kids because proper nutrition helps prevent illness and disease, and affect their growth and development.
