Issues & Changes• Conference organisation

– EGEE’06 mainly organised by NA1 and NA2 at CERN– EGEE’07: shared responsibility between Metaware, NA1 at CERN, and Local Organisers– Business track for both: Metaware

• Internal communications– Information flow from other activities to NA2 – Now regular agenda item for weekly Project Execution Board meetings

• Community area of public web site– Low level of activity in the community area– Now: Industry Day registrations through community area– Survey of registrants

• Distribution of effort inside the activity– >100 individuals contribute to NA2 (but NA2 work can easily be divided up)– Bottlenecks created sometimes with the ‘central’ staff at CERN and Metaware– Relying on partners with experience in specific areas, e.g.

Online webform for metrics collection and image database by NeSC Graphics support by HealthGrid
