management within the Northern Ireland
context. Increasing professionalism within

Katherine Hanratty Full I am an existing committee member and
represent NI Civil Service and public sector. I
would wish to continue in this role.
John Arbuckle Full I have been a committee member for over
10 years now in a number of different roles,
currently treasurer of the branch. I wish to
continue to serve the committee and branch
and to volunteer my services and time as
required.
Martin Murray Full Existing Committee Member, I have enjoyed
being part of the team and assisting others
through out the year and would like to
opportunity to continue.
Marcin Kosowski Associate I joined the APM in January 2015 as an
Associate Member, because I was interested
in project management and I wanted to
enter the project management profession. I
succeeded in pursuing my goal and I
currently work as a Junior Project Manager. I
am currently a member of the Northern
Ireland Branch Committee and I would like
to continue in this role. My goal is to learn
about Project Management as much as I can,
and in return I am willing to contribute
towards the APM in meaningful ways while
working on the committee.
What qualities, skills and experience do
you think you'll bring to the Northern
Ireland branch committee?
Experience Project Manager in
construction and procurement.
17 years on branch in various roles
including chair
Good communication skills, awareness
of the both government and local
political structures and personal. Good
at formulating strategy and
implementation
Links to public sector.
I am an experienced Project Manager,
RPP Assessor (for over 5 years) and also
a APM Exam marker (over 1 year). I also
train people in project management
tools and techniques and also advise
organisations in managing change in my
consultancy capacity.
Through experience in project
management in NI and previously in
other countries and regions can help
others members of APM and also
assisting the committee with alternative
other options.
I possess a range of transferable skills
which I utilise while being an APM
Northern Ireland Branch Committee
member. Among them are my excellent
organisational and communication skills.
I am extremely enthusiastic in all that I
undertake and I bring passion to my
work. In addition to that, I am
experienced in organising and chairing
meetings with multiple internal and
external stakeholders. I am experienced
in public speaking and talking to the
media. I hold a BA degree in
Management and Marketing, and I
gained the APM Introductory Certificate
(The APM Project Fundamentals
Qualification) and PRINCE2®
Practitioner Certificate in Project
Management.
