The output is a short written report.

The Feasibility Project primarily involves customizing our nanofibres to deliver results in the intended application. It also verifies the key criteria around integration of the nanofibre into the final product. The main objective is to address the critical failure points to ensure the feasibility of the project prior to full development.

This Feasibility Project includes:

l Nanofibre – development of a nanofibre with performance results relevant to the productl Integration – understanding and testing of integrating the nanofibre in the productl Application – preliminary testing of early prototypes to indicate performance in the productl Understanding of the cost parameters l Recommendations on the structure and objectives for the full development project l The deliverable is a comprehensive written report, samples and prototypes where possible

THE IDEA

STEP 1 - TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT

Step 2 - FEASIBILITY PROJECT

With the nanofibre proven, we work together with Clients to integrate our technology into your products, operations and supply chain. The objective is a proven, complete product that is ready to produce to agreed Technical Specifications, in a form that best suits the Client’s needs.

This co-development process includes:

l Nanofibre - Validated and refined to meet the performance requirementsl Integration - Full testing and manufacturing specificationsl Application - Extended testing of advanced prototypes l Cost analysis – Manufacturing & supply chain

The output is a completed product with defined technical specifications, ready for production.

Step 3 - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

STEP 4 - PILOT PRODUCTION

The Pilot Production step ensures that we have ironed out all the technical issues and logistics in the supply chain, making full scale manufacturing as seamless as possible.

The Pilot Production involves:

l Small quantity production runsl Quality assessmentl Supply chain logisticsl Client feedback and refinementl Finalised product specificationl Post treatment/secondary manufacturing processes

The output of this step is a finalised production process with an agreed product specification and quotation for Full Scale Manufacturing runs. We will also integrate secondary manufacturing processes, if required.

Step 5 - MANUFACTURING

Full scale Manufacturing is as simple as hitting GO!

Nanofibre is electrospun at Revolution Fibres using our proprietary Sonic Electrospinning Technology – a process that is adaptable, cost effective and scalable.

Product Development combines nanofibre with your product. We work with clients on prototypes, performance testing and market validation. All aspects of the product are considered including materials, safety, supply chain, and cost analysis.

Step 3 - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The Pilot Production step ensures that we have ironed out all the technical issues and logistics in the supply chain so Full Scale Manufacturing is only a matter of pressing go!

Step 4 - PILOT PRODUCTION

Revolution Fibres enters Full Scale Production of nanofibres and any secondary manufacturing stages under our responsibility.
