1. Type “http://192.168.0.1/” into the Address field of

your browser. This address is the modem’s IP

address.

2. Type password for the “admin” user of the modem.

(Specify any password which you like and you can

easily remember.)

3. Type the same password again to confirm it.

4. Click on the [設定] button.

5. Select the first menu ([設定 1]).

6. Replace to “JENS-SpinNet”.

7. Type your eADSL user ID* (12345678@eac.jpn).

8. Type your eADSL Password*.

9. Click on the [設定] button.

* provided on your “eADSL Access Information“ sheet.

16. Wait for about 30 seconds in order to set up the

modem. The modem will be restarted automatically

and the all lights on the modem flash while

restarting.

17. After the modem restarts, this dialog appears.

Click on the [OK] button.

For SpinPhone users

10. Type SIP-Server Name*(xxxxx.kddi.ne.jp).

11. Type SIP-URL* (s123456789@yyyy.kddi.ne.jp).

12. Type your SpinPhone Log-in ID* (v987654321).

13. Type your SpinPhone Log-in Password*.

14. Leave as blank.

15. Click on the [設定] button.

* provided on your “SpinPhone Information “ sheet.

For non-SpinPhone users

18. Click on the [Yes] button to close the browser.

19. Confirm that the lights on the modem are as follows;

[POWER]: ON (green)

[ADSL]: ON (green)

[PPP]: ON (green)

[DATA]: OFF or Flashing sometimes

[VoIP] : SpinPhone users -------- ON (green)

Non-SpinPhoneusers -- OFF

You have completed the modem setting.

Access the internet through your PC using

a browser or mail client software,

or place a SpinPhone call.

5. Select the second item ([無線 LAN 側設定]) in the

third pull-down menu ([詳細設定]).

6. Confirm the ESS-ID* (Network ID) of your wireless

LAN network at the [ネットワーク名(ESS-ID)]

(ex. “WARPSTAR-FFFFFF”).

7. Select an appropriate wireless mode* for your

wireless LAN network.

802.11g+b : IEEE 802.11g or IEE802.11b standard

802.11a: IEEE 802.11a standard

802.11b: IEEE 802.11b standard

8. Select the [WEP] to enable WEP encryption for your

wireless LAN network.

*The same ESS-ID and wireless mode must be

set in the wireless LAN interface of your PC(s).

9. Select the [128bit] to set 128bit-WEP encryption.

*The 128bit-WEP encryption must be set in

the wireless LAN interface of your PC(s).

11. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

12. Click on the [設定] button to save the setting.

13. After the setting is saved, a blue-green message will

appear at the top of the page.

Click on the [登録] button to apply the change.

10. Type 13-character WEP-key*(Network Password) in

the ascii (alphanumeric) mode.

(Specify any 13 characters for WEP-key using alphabets

(a-z, A-Z) and numbers (0-9) ;

ex. “eADSL” + the 8-digit number of your eADSL user ID

(12345678@eac.jpn): “eADSL12345678” ).

*The same WEP-key must be set in the wireless

LAN interface of your PC(s). 10

14. Click on the [OK] button to enable the new settings

and restart the modem.

15. Click on the [OK] button to restart the modem.

Also close the browser.

It takes 30 seconds to restart the modem.

15 16. Confirm that the lights on the modem are as follows;

[POWER]: ON (green)

[ADSL]: ON (green)

[PPP]: ON (green)

[DATA]: OFF or Flashing sometimes

[VoIP] : SpinPhone users --------- ON (green)

Non-SpinPhone users -- OFF

You have completed the wireless modem setting.

Setup the wireless LAN interface of your PC(s) and

access the internet through your PC(s)’s wireless

LAN network.

The following items of your PC(s)’s wireless LAN

setting must be identical or compatible to the ones

which you have set to the modem.

ESS-ID: the one pre-set at No. 6

Wireless mode : the one you selected No.7

Encryption mode : WEP(128bit)

WEP key (ascii-13char.): the one you typed at No.10
