Preliminary design of Telenor's Technical building in ACB Park Belgrade (Serbia);

Technical building has cca 950 square meters in footprint and contains of: Ground floor, First floor, Second floor and Technical floor.

The structure of building is made of reinforced concrete and present combination of massive and frame construction.

Building has modern ventilated façade, finished with etalbond panels on aluminum substructure.All doors, windows, and openings on façade are installing according WK security standard.

All rooms in building have raised floor with plenum in order to allow air cooling system to run trough in some premises and provide space for installations of cables, piping and other installations and allowing easy maintenance.

Area of technical building plot is cca 2 800 square meters and have:gen sets, underground tanks and structural elements of plot.

Duty’s on THQ project in design phase: processing design (of situations, foundations, intersections, facade, technical description), team work on improving design from different branches of the project team, meetings with the team, expert support from Norway and with the main site project engineer.

Member of the investors' supervision team considering the works on the Technical building. Duty’s involved supervision of the building site, writing reports, supervision of finished works, meetings with works supervision team, following the progress of the works, meetings with the chief engineers of the project.
