Nowadays the New Year’s resolution became a yearly challenge and covers a wide range of areas. The most popular resolutions are:

- Lose Weight - Quit Smoking- Learn something new- Eat healthier - Save money- Spend more time with family- Travel to new places- Volunteer- Drink less

Studies showed that most people drop their commitments before the end of January. After having read that I kept wondering what makes resolution list successful? When we decide to write down a resolution list it is important to be honest with ourselves, make a plan and stick to it. Moreover we should talk about it and reward ourselves every time we achieve a goal. Tracking down the progress is also a key element in the process.

Did you know that…- Most resolutions are made between December 28th and New Year’s Day.
