Hello!

How to Prepare What to bring● Lots of diapers● Wipes● Bottle● Any food or drinks you’d like to snack on during the session,

it will run right through lunch time. I will have a few snacks and water available.

● If you have one, PLEASE bring a pacifier, Even if you don’t use one or don’t plan to, I ask that you let me use it for the session. This can be extremely helpful when posing.

What to expect● Sessions last around 3 hours, sometimes more and sometimes

less. This all depends on baby and how sleepy they are. If baby doesn’t want to stay asleep, I will have you feed them to make sure they are nice and full. A full baby is a sleepy baby!

● Baby will be nakey for most of the pictures, but I will pose them in a way to make sure none of the “important bits” are showing.

● Please don’t panic if your baby decides to use my blankets (or me) as his/her own personal potty. This is natural and we expect it! Please don’t feel embarrassed or worry when this happens, because they all do it.

● The studio will be around 80 degrees, so dress for a warm few hours

● I will take a very hands on approach with your baby. I also have an assistant helping me with everything. Sometimes it may take a bit for them fall asleep, so be patient. Baby will be able to sense any stress in the room, so remember to stay calm and relaxed.

● Feel free to kick back and relax! I will be with the baby entire time except during feeding times.

Morning of the session● Please try to keep your baby awake for an hour or two

before the session. I know this is a lot to ask on top of your own sleep deprivation, but it is very important that baby stay sleepy during the session. Try giving them a bath, tickling their toes, or keeping them undressed. They will get to sleep for a good few hours afterwards!

● After a few hours, dress baby in either button or zip-up jammies, no onesie or socks. I don’t want to have to pull anything over their head and make them fussy, and socks can leave imprints that may show in pictures.

● After baby is all dressed, its time to eat! Allow plenty of time for this so that baby is nice and full.

● Get them in their car seat and let them sleep on the way over

● When you arrive, please bring in baby inside in their carseat. Then I can remove them and get to work!

concerns. I am so excited to be able to photograph your new baby and

capture this incredible time!
