Pricing Guide• Session fee: $175• Maternity & Newbornsession combined: $250
Your session fee will be deducted from your choice of package and will include 2- 4 hours of custom styled photography in my Cordova Bay Studio, with 20-30 final images presented in an online gallery for you to order from.

About your session & when to bookThe best time to contact me is during your pregnancy so that youdon’t miss out. We will make a tentative booking based on your duedate and then I will wait to hear from you when you arrive home from hospital with your new baby. We can arrange a suitable time and date for your session then.The ideal time to photograph newborn babies is around 6-10 days of age. I like to allow for plenty of time for feeding and cuddling dur-ing the session so it will take between 2-4 hours. I have lots of props for you to choose from and I like to involve you in the styling of the session.Your session fee covers my custom-styled photography and your private online gallery. Your private online gallery will display approxi-mately 20 images, each personally and creatively edited by myself. The session fee does not include any prints or digital negatives but will be deducted from your choice of package when ordering.
Proofs & OrderingApproximately 10 days following your session, I will email you apassword to your online proofing gallery. At that time you will be invited back into the studio to look over your images, ask any ques-tions and make use of our state of the art design software to visualize your finished art work.The online gallery will remain active for 2 weeks. Once full payment is received, your products will be ordered. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Any unordered images will be archived. Once thegallery has been archived, there will be a $35 fee to republish it for 7 additional days.
ReschedulingSessions may be rescheduled due to illnessor injury. If you need to reschedule, pleasecontact me as soon as possible 250-661-2558.If you suspect your baby is unwell,please do not proceed with the session andreschedule for another time. There is nocharge to reschedule due to illness or injury,however, once a session has begun, therewill be a $50 charge to reschedule.
