We want to remind you that in the event of school being called off, we will try to contact you using the WRCTC Calling System. Please make sure that the school has your updated phone numbers. Please call Kathy Lamphere at 605-456-2393 with that information so it can be added to the calling list. We will also be using the local TV & Radio stations. Local TV Stations: KEVN, KOTA, KELO, KDLT. Local Radio Stations: KBFS, KIQK 104, Kat Country 98.7, KBHB, KKLS, KRCS, KFXS It will also be listed on the Newell.k12.sd.us webpage

W.I.T. (Whatever It Takes) Coalition is a group of Butte County citizens united together to do

“Whatever It Takes” to help form cohesive partnerships within our community to raise awareness and provide prevention efforts for the education and development or Butte County residents of all ages.

W.I.T. strives to be a responsible and caring coalition that promotes healthy lifestyle choices by offering resources, positive activities, leadership, character and ethical behavior education along with prevention

efforts in hopes that all community members can learn to form lifelong habits so they can have healthy, contributing and rewarding lives.
