In the admin tool you will go to your news module.

Click on edit content.

Find the article in the admin tool that you are looking for.

News ArchiveFront EndLogin with username and password.Click on your default page name.Scroll down to your News & Events e.g. CCM News.Click on Edit Content.

You will now see your news archive in the admin tool.

As soon as your display date expires, the news is archived.2. Can anybody view the archive?Yes, on the live web any user can, but in the admin system only the admin user can view the archive.3.
