We still have Bedale Under 11 to re-arrange at home. This must be played in May and will probably be arranged when we see whether we progress after the 8th.

Under 7’s

June 4 Tournament at Catterick Village (to be confirmed) This is also Arkengarthdale Sports in the afternoon.

We are planning an event at Reeth with Spennithorne and another club TBA.

Next Season. We are planning to run Under 8’s, Under 10’s and Under 12’s at Reeth. We are delighted 3 new coaches are wanting to take the Level 1 coaching course in May. We need to recruit Team Secretaries for both the Under 10’s and Under 12’s for next season. This is a home based job and the main purpose is to provide the vital link between club officials and parents so we try and get the right children at the right place at the right time. No knowledge of football is need – just a phone and probably e-mail.

300 Club. We are selling tickets for the 300 Club 2016/17 year and this is a vital part of funding our super sports facilities and helps keep the subscription so low. Please support this. We have recently done well in the draws for tickets we have sold. £10 for the year per ticket.

Presentation Day. This is now fixed for Saturday 18th June afternoon. All are welcome including especially those presently playing for Spennithorne Under 10’s. Len Scott, FA County Chairman, has kindly agreed to make the presentations. We usually put on a BBQ and need people to help with this and provide food. The day usually ends with impromptu games of football so dads bring your boots. There will be a raffle to help defray the cost.
