    Dear Parents/Guardians,

Thank you so much for your generosity this Christmas time. We could not get over the amount of food that you have sent in. The Neath Port Talbot Food Bank collected everything on Wednesday 9th December, and this will help them out enormously. We have taken a picture of the amount we have received for you to see.

  • ‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse,

When suddenly, as I was closing the window,

    Something strange appeared to show,

I saw a grand sleigh passing by the moon, And knew that Santa would be arriving soon,

I heard the bells of the sleigh ringing,

It made me wonder what he was bringing,

Instantly, there was a stomp of a hoof, As snow was falling gently on the roof,

He bounded down the chimney, seeming very jolly,

Then soon after he was admiring the holly,

When I took a glance, I knew that Santa was old, He wore a big, fluffy coat to prevent him from the cold,

His beard, I noticed, was beaming and white,

As Rudolf’s nose was extremely bright,

He had a fat round belly that shook like jelly, His amazing smile was very merry!

His cheeks were chubby and rose red,

And he filled the stockings up by my bed,

Behind him Santa was dragging a massive sack, That I could see he couldn’t wait to unpack,

From his head to his toes, he was dressed all in fur,

I was so excited that it was the best time of the year!

Under the tree, he put down a gift, As the reindeers were waiting to give him a lift,

With one final look, up the chimney he rose,

Then he checked the map to see where to go,

He gave the carrot to the reindeer, And that was what filled them all with cheer!

Then he shouted with a thump and a boom,

“Merry Christmas to you, now get back to your room!”
