Jackson – Triggs WineryJacks and Trigs Winery was established in 1993 by Allan Jackson and Don Trigs.

They have been named Canada’s best winery multiple times in competitions over the years.

They own 11.5 acres of the Niagara Pensile, with three verities:

- Chardonnay- Riesling-Pinto Noir.

All of their grapes are harvested by hand and usually last around fifty years before they are ripped out and replaced north to south.
