Nicki Minaj real name is Onika Tanya Minaj , she was born in the
year of 1984, her parents are Indian and African. When Minaj was
born she was to live with her grandmother,she live in Trinidad with
her grandmother to the age of 5 she then moved to Queens New York.
According to Minaj her father drank alcohol and was doing drugs,
she was raped by her dad she had two kids but got a abortion ,he
once tired killing Minaj's mother by trying to sit the house on
fire Minaj grow up to hate her father and the only person she grow
to be closed to was her mother.
Nicki Minaj attended Elizabeth Blackwell middle school , and the
high school she attended was La Guaeda high. The school she went to
she was put into the visual and performances this program
specialized in music and performances arts. She participated in
drama programs, Minaj once worked at Red Lobster Restaurant in The
Brony.
During the years of 2004-2009 Minaj had created her first
mix-taps tracks,and had appeared in XXL magazine in 2008. She won

in park,on March 3 also Sean Garrett with an cameo appearance by
the model name of Amber Rose. This single was successful it only
reached number 22 in the US , Bubbling under hot 100 singles chart
it was number 65 on the Hot R&B /Hip Hop song charts but this
song will be on her debut album.
This is how Nicki Minaj got famous she was once an underground
rapper until one day Lil Wayne discovered her when she had a
rapping battle. They put Nicki Minaj in the song called Bedrock
that was her first video they wanted to see if she was good enough
for the producers and directors to take her on. When Nicki Minaj
got discovered she had an interview an discussed her sexual image
stating, when I grew up I saw females doing certain things, and I
thought I had to do that exactly. The female rappers of my day
spoke about sex a lot and I thought that to have the success they
got, I would have to represent the same thing. When in fact I didnt
have to represent the same thing interview Minaj commented on her
sexual image again stating, I made a conscious decision to try to
tone down the sexiness, I want people especially young girls to
know that in life, nothing is going to be based on sex appeal.
Youve got to have something else to go with that and to get how

all the people that didn't like her back then wanna be her friend
now, its funny how people can be mean to you and talk so much trash
about you and they see you on TV one day and they tell there self I
should of not been mean to her or him back then. Most of Nicki
Minaj songs talk about her life and how hard it was to get where
she is at today. The reason why I like Nicki Minaj cause she talks
about life and how hard it is to fall your dream but if u keep
pushing your self like she did you can be anything in life.
