Managed all phases of recruitment, including defining hiring needs
and posting available positions on job boards or through
advertisment agencies. Identify staff vacancies and recruit for
multiple areas. Create job postings to attract a targeted talent pool
within the market wage range. Maintain an accurate candidate
tracking system. Draft internal announcements for career
advancement opportunities. Manage recruiting budget and uniform
budget. Inform employees of referral programs and bonus
