DECEMBER NTF WORDS
We will look at each word, discuss its root, prefix
and suffix, and note any spelling changes.
We will chant the letters in each word.
We will write each word once.
We will post the words on the NTF Word Wall to

its suffix is –ous (-ous means “full of”)
spelling change – e is dropped from continue
when -ous is added

words”

its suffix is –ation (denotes an action or an instance
of it)
