1.This“NIVEAWINMONSTERHUNTIIEXCLUSIVEPRE-SCREENINGCONTEST”(“Contest”)organizedbyBeiersdorf(Malaysia)Sdn.Bhd.[77205-D](“Organiser”)willrunfrom25thJanuary2018andendson4thFebruary2018,(“ContestPeriod”).

Eligibility

2.ThisContestisopentoallMalaysiancitizensresidinginMalaysiaaged16andabove(asatthedateofparticipationinthiscontest)holdingvalidMalaysianNationalRegistrationIdentityCardonly(“Participants”).ForParticipantsagedbelow18yearsold,aletterofconsentfromparent(s)isrequiredtobeattachedtogetherwiththeentrysubmissioninthecontest.

3.Thefollowinggroupofpersonsshallnotbeeligibletoparticipateinthecontest:a.EmployeesoftheOrganiserincludingitsaffiliatedandrelatedcompaniesandtheirimmediatefamilymembers(children,parents,brothersandsisters,includingspouses);and/orrepresentatives,employees,servantsand/oragentsofadvertisingand/orpromotionserviceprovidersofOrganiserincludingitsaffiliatedandrelatedcompanies,andtheirimmediatefamilymembers(children,parents,brothersandsistersincludingspouses).

8.JudgingcriteriawillbebasedonthecompletionofsubmissionwithvalidProofofPurchase.Winners’selectionisbasedonfirstcomefirstservebasis.Allparticipationissubjecttoorganizer’sfinaldecision.

10.Theprizescannotbeexchangedformoneyintheformofcash,cheque,bankdraftorequivalent.

11.AllWinnerswillbecontactedthroughFacebookannouncementafterthecontestends.

12.TheOrganiser’sdecisiononwinner’sselectionisfinalandbindingonallparticipantsandnocorrespondence,appeals,enquiriesonthesubject,whetherverbalorwritten,shallbeentertained.

13.Eachparticipantisonlyentitledtowinone(1)prize.

14.PrizesarenottransferableorexchangeableinanyotherformssubjecttosuchtermsandconditionswhichOrganisermayinitssolediscretionimpose.TheOrganisermayinitssolediscretionexchangeorsubstitutethePrizestoanotherofequivalentorsimilarvalueatanytimewithoutpriornotice.

Disqualification

15.TheOrganiserreservestherighttoamendthecontestperiodatanytimewithoutpriornotice.Allentriesreceivedoutofthecontestperiodshallautomaticallybedisqualified.

16.Contestentrieswillbedisqualifiedformultiplesubmissionsusingthesamereceiptnumber.

17.Participantswillneedtoretaintheoriginalprintedreceiptinordertoparticipateinthiscontest.Onlyoriginalprintedreceiptisaccepted.

18.TheOrganiserreservestherighttodisqualifyand/orexcludeParticipantsand/orrevokethePrizeif:-

(a)theParticipantisineligibleordoesnotmeetanyoftheeligibilitycriteriasetoutintheabove;or

(b)theParticipantdoesnotprovidetherequireddetailsuponreceivingtherequest/notificationfromtheOrganiser;or

(c)theParticipantbreachestheTermsandConditionsorotherrulesandregulationsoftheContestorviolatedanyapplicablelawsorregulations;or

(d)intheOrganiser’ssoledetermination,itbelievesthattheParticipanthasattemptedtounderminetheoperationoftheContestbyfraud,cheatingordeception.

19.Intheeventthedisqualificationtakeplaceaftertheannouncementofwinners,therewillbenoselectionofreplacementofthedisqualifiedwinner.

20.IntheeventofadisqualificationafterthePrizehasbeenawarded,theOrganiserreservestherighttodemandforthereturnofthePrizeorpaymentofitsequivalentvaluefromthedisqualifiedParticipant.

21.Prizeredemptionwillbeinformeduponwinners’announcement.

22.ByparticipatinginthisContest,allParticipantsagreeandconsenttoallowtheirpersonaldatabeingcollected,processedandusedbytheOrganiserinaccordancetotheOrganiser’sPrivacyNotice,whichismadeavailableattheOrganiser’swebsiteatwww.facebook.com/mynivea.

23.Inaddition,andwithoutprejudicetothetermsintheOrganiser’sPrivacyNotice,Participantsagreeandconsenttotheirpersonaldateorinformationbeingcollected,processedandusedbytheOrganiserfor:

(a)thepurposesofthisContest;

(b)marketingandpromotionalactivitiesconductedinsuchmannerastheOrganiserseefitinanymediaincludingbutnotlimitedtoanyformofadvertisingorpublicitymediaandmaterialssuchasaudioand/orvisualrecordingspublishedthroughnewspapers,televisionnetworks,radiostationsoronlineanddigitalmediaandontheInternet,withoutfurtherexpressconsentfromtheParticipants.Marketingandpromotionactivitiesincludewithoutlimitationtheuseand/orpublicationofanydetailsprovidedinand/orinconnectiontotheentries,aswellresponsesandrelatedphotographs.

GeneralTermsandConditions

24.TheOrganiserreservestherighttoamendtheTermsandConditionscontainedherein,wherenecessaryforlegal,technicalorcommercialreasonsandanysuchamendmentsshallbeeffectiveuponpostingontheNIVEAMalaysia’sFacebookandWatsonsMalaysia’sFacebookpage.

25.Foravoidanceofdoubt,cancellation,terminationorsuspensionofthisContestbytheOrganisershallnotentitletheParticipants(s)toanyclaimorcompensationagainst

theOrganiserforanyandalllossesordamagessufferedorincurredbytheParticipants(s)asadirectorindirectresultoftheactofcancellation,terminationorsuspension.

26.TheOrganiser’sdecisiononallmattersrelatingtothisContest,includingbutnotlimitedtotheeligibilitytoparticipate,theselectionoftheParticipantsforthisContest,shallbefinalandbinding.Nofurthercorrespondence,appeals,protestsorattemptstodisputethesameshallbeentertained.

27.ThisContestisnotorganisedbyorassociatedwithFacebook.AllParticipants,however,agreetocomplywithallrulesandregulationsasmaybeimposedbyFacebookinrespectofanypostingthereon.

28.InformationprovidedbyParticipantswillonlybeusedforthefulfilmentofthisContestandisprovidedfortheOrganiseronly,nottoFacebookorInstagram.

29.ThetermsandconditionhereinshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofMalaysia.
