1NJCAA Football Record Book - Champions

Champions

The NJCAA football champion is determined by the winner of the NJCAA Championship Game which is sanctioned by the NJCAA national office. If the top two ranked teams in the final regular season poll play each other in an NJCAA sanctioned bowl game, that contest is designated as the NJCAA Championship Game. If the top two ranked teams do not play each other in an NJCAA sanctioned bowl game, the national champion is determined by the final postseason rankings.

In 2012, the NJCAA Football Computer Rankings were instituted - accounting for 33% of the national rankings.
