    Nosson Dovid (Nathan David) Rabinowich is a Brooklyn native, as well as the accomplished author of thirteen critically acclaimed scholarly books and hundreds of articles. He is an expert on Jewish History, and has extensive teaching experience at the high school and university levels.

  • Nosson Dovid Rabinowich studied Classical Jewish History and Rabbinic Literature. He earned his Ph.D. from New York University in 1997, as well as a Ph.D. and Master of Arts degree in June of 1980. He received a Bachelors degree in Jewish History from the City University of New York in 1997. From 1976 to 1980 he attended the Mesifta Talmudical Seminary in Brooklyn, New York, where he completed his Rabbinic Ordination. From 1980 to 1983, he attended the Mir Talmudical Institute as a Research Fellow in Talmud.

    Nosson Dovid's successful academic career stems from years as both a student and a teacher. Before beginning his study in the United States, Nathan David Rabinowich, managed family-owned properties in Israel. His responsibilities included rent collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, repairs and maintenance.

  • Nathan Rabinowich got his first job working out of Boychiks Restaurant, a Manhattan, NY-based establishment. He worked for the restaurant from 1992 to 1998, and later moved to their newer location on West 72nd St., where he served from 1998 to 2002. Nathan managed these two very popular dairy restaurants in Midtown Manhattan during the 1990s. He served these popular eateries with much devotion and enjoyed the chance to supervise restaurant chefs, waiters and staff. He directly managed the accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping working with accounting and law firms. He also took special responsibility of all marketing and sales promotion efforts.

  • Nosson learned how to manage the ongoing tasks of event management to provide catering, conferences and meetings in numerous business venues and hotels. Nathan very successfully sold the first restaurant for twelve times its original worth, a record that still stands in the kosher restaurant business. The second restaurant was also successfully sold to the Dougie's Corporation, and became the first Dougie's franchise.
