Please note that there is no need to dispute any data registered on your Credit File in another name ie another family member. Equifax offer a service called Notice of Disassociation. Using this service you can have financial information relating to, anyone with whom you have no financial relationship, removed from your Credit File. If you require the Notice of Disassociation service please use the form provided in Appendix A. If you believe there are any inaccuracies in your Credit File, you may dispute these entries using our Notice of Dispute service by completing the relevant sections of the form below.
