HEALING ARCHITECTURE 4.0 Digitalization and big data are transforming the health care landscape. At the same time new technologies and interactive software programs are creating new possibilities for spatial planning and space production in architecture. Standardiza- tion and personalization are two seemingly contradictory con- sequences for the hospital of the future. How can we unite these extremes? The aim of the symposium is to examine the close relationship between the digital revolution and architectural, medical, me- dia, economic and social aspects of health care and to ques- tion it with regards to trendsetting concepts in the following thematic blocks: BIG DATA OR BIG DISASTER? FUTURE DESIGNING CONCEPTS FUTURE SPACE PRODUCTION HEALTH FOR ALL? The event addresses architects and planners, operators and decision-makers in the healthcare industry, physicians and politicians. In an interdisciplinary circle and inspired by the lectures of international experts, we want to discuss trends, innovative concepts and new findings. The symposium will be preceded by an evening event on 1st of March 2018 at the new Berlin street art museum URBAN NATION.
