PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Andreina “Andy” Moyssidis encapsulates honesty, diligence, and a la carte services in every detail of your real estate experience. Andy was born in Caracas, Venezuela to asuccessful entrepreneur dad, and a luxury homes architect mom, she came to the USA at the age of ten. Andy grew up in Kendall, FL, making it her home with her handsomehusband, 2 beautiful children, and 2 fur babies.

While REALTOR® Associate is her primary job function by day, Andy also enjoys being with her family, spending time at their church, traveling to far off places, reading books aboutfantasy, biographies or history, painting and drawing, working out at her MMA school or gym, playing piano and horseback riding.

She began selling at the age of five, when she excitedly came off her big yellow bus asking her mom if she could sell her big white bow (that her mom made for her) to a friend in thebus; for the incredible price of $1 (It cost her mom $5 to make it, but she was so proud of her social skills she didn’t say no to the sale).

Skip forward a few years, after earning her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in TV Broadcasting, 3D Animation, and Special Effects from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Shehas spent the majority of her career in the television, marketing, and entrepreneur industry, gaining experiences in areas such as commercial advertisement, retail sales, and creatingone of a kind partnerships with people in a variety of industries.

She has spent the last 5 years creating Ruffles and Sweets, a successful online party supply store. Where she learned as much as there is to know about the online retail industry --from product placement on social media to client retention and her favorite part personalized client experiences.

She felt she could do more, she is obsessed with finding homes and commercial properties, and researching the best areas in Miami, nationwide and worldwide. She travels often,and would find herself asking prices of homes, commercial properties and that one business that would make an area better. Her family kept suggesting for her to get her Real Estatelicense and follow that passion. Having been on the receiving end of a bad real estate deal, she devotes her time to making sure every transaction is done to the best of her abilitiesand to her clients best outcomes.
