• Provides technical assistance to small specialty crop farmers to help them expand their profit centers and create at least three on-farm food hubs

• Goal is to retain at least 60 farm jobs• Connects farmers with larger institutional

buyers such as schools, universities and hospitals

• Creating an online management system
