It can be used in both production (for the load of: mixers, mills, dryers, batching machine, bin, etc.) and packaging division (for the load of: Filling Machine, Tabletting Machine, etc.).The functioning is based on the product (powder/grains) aspiration process made by vacuum. The vacuum is generated by multistage ejectors, congured according to the 'Venturi Principle', that create a vacuum in the conveyor and then the product aspiration.The only source of energy is the compressed air for this the possibility of product contamination is low.

Prochem's big bag lling machines have been designed to ll even the most difcult to handle materials, using a time proven technique which involves high precision weighing coupled with a truncated pyramid table with vibrators, the lled material is weighed de-aerated and densied before leaving the lling station. The ultimate goal is to produce bags that are stable, stack able, safe & easy to handle.

For Contained and Reliable Filling Of Drums

This is a semi-automatic, sub-surface ller. This system requires empty drums to accumulate prior to the lling station. Bungs are removed and left on top of each drum, prior to lling. A scale mounted powered conveyor drives each drum on & off the ll station. The operator will replace the bung and place a cap or label while the next drum is lling. Full drums will convey to a palletizer, accumulate in-line or be picked-up by fork truck.

Bagging Products Smoothly, Efciently & Cost Effectively

ProChem manufactures Small Bag / Drum Filling Machine to ll and close jute, PP rafa bags ,paper, coated paper and PE bags., using a system that permits optimum safety for the bagging operator. The operator inserts the bag mouth onto a shaping device that gives it the proper shape for subsequent insertion on the product discharge outlet. A safety device prevents the mechanical arm from being activated until the operator has left the danger zone around the machine.Our system comes complete with safety devices compliant with the current EC regulations.
