One-time-password (OTP) Token Registration

You are required to register your OTP token before using it. Some users already

own an old token. Those users do not need to register the token and can continue to

use the old token.

1. You should collect the OTP token from IT Help Desk or your departmental

End-user Computing coordinator.

2. Click here to access User Center to enroll the new token. If you access it from

the Internet, you may need to login using your <domain\username> and

<password>.

3. Click on “Enroll Token”

4. Enter your user name (LAN ID) and the token serial number (located at the back

of the OTP token)

5. The successfully enrolled token screen is displayed. Click “Test Token” to test

the token.

6. Enter the token serial number and token passcode and then click the “Submit”

button. The token passcode is the string of characters displayed on the OTP

token when its button is pressed.

7. The test result is displayed.

8. You have successfully registered your OTP token and it is ready for use.
